Nice posing and water texture, though the walk cycle feels a little to normal for this guy
I got the impression he's a jittery ball of energy, even with the hand stand in this post, all of the body parts are moved on different frames.
It's a really cool touch but the effect falls apart when the character then move normally for a specific action. though I shouldn't be to critical, walk cycles are hard and you at least made one that reads well.

In my head they're some kind of vaguely reptile/chameleon kind of creature with the many swirls in their design.

I really like how you used shape language here.

I like how you did the shading here, though you should try to be more consistent with the line arts thickness, the tiny line art at the fuzzy part of the hat look off compared to all the thick lines that surround them.
But I think you done this really well, Charlie Brown actually looks like they're in the environment which is surprisingly hard to get right.

This is really cool, I like how expressive you made them without showing to much.
Does the hair covering their eyes act like a visor and it stays in place to be pulled up and down
Or do they have to consistently pull their hair up to see fully?
